I thought I'd try another cake today. This is my first attempt at a jack-0-lantern cake. I think it turned out pretty well! The kids are really excited to eat it! Next up will probably be some Halloween cupcakes and then the kids both have birthdays coming up! Aiden has already picked out a Lightning McQueen cake. It looks pretty complex... I may need a practice cake before the real thing!

Cake #2- The Jack-o-Lantern
