Father's Day

On Father's Day, daddy got tickets for the Cardinals game. It was Aiden's first game and he did pretty well. The kids both got a Fredbird Bobblehead which was the highlight of their day. Sophie was disappointed that Albert was not playing, but kept the crowd laughing as she cheered for "Soy Sauce" (that is to say, Troy Glaus.) She has her little pet names for all the players. It was a hot afternoon and although our seats were about 8 rows back, out from first base, that also meant that we were sitting in the hot sunshine. By the 5th inning we had been through $40 of bottled water and the kids were getting a little restless, so we decided to head home. We finished the game in the comfort of our air-conditioned living room! Go Cards!
